By submitting this membership form and becoming a member of WASPS Rugby NZ, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to players, coaches, supporters, and volunteers who support the values and objectives of WASPS Rugby NZ. All members under 18 years of age must have parent/guardian consent.

2. Code of Conduct

Members agree to uphold the values of respect, sportsmanship, and fair play. Abusive, discriminatory, or antisocial behavior on or off the field will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of membership.

3. Fees & Payments

Membership fees (if applicable) are to be paid in full by the due date specified by the club. Failure to pay may result in restricted access to games, training, or club events.

4. Health & Safety
Members acknowledge the physical nature of rugby and participate at their own risk. It is the responsibility of the member (or parent/guardian) to ensure they are medically fit to participate. WASPS Rugby NZ is not liable for any injury or loss incurred during club activities, but all reasonable safety precautions will be taken.

5. Privacy and Data
Personal information collected is used solely for club administration, communication, and NZ Rugby compliance. Your information will not be shared without consent, except where required by law or rugby governing bodies.

6. Media Consent

By signing up, you consent to WASPS Rugby NZ using photos or videos of you (or your child) taken during matches, events, or training for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media). If you do not consent, please notify the club in writing.

7. Commitment and Participation

Members are encouraged to participate actively in training, matches, and club events. Consistent attendance and positive contribution to the team are expected.

8. Termination of Membership

The club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases of misconduct, breach of rules, or behavior deemed detrimental to the club.

9. Club Communication

Members agree to receive communication via email, text, or phone regarding club updates, training, events, and other essential information.
